Terms of Service
Effective date: October 28, 2026
These terms apply to the website eladrahat.me and to the services provided by Elad Shlomo Rahat (רהט אלעד שלמה), a registered exempt dealer (Osek Patur) in Israel, HaGolan St 6, Entrance A, Apt 9, Netanya 4275844, Israel ("we", "us").
The service
We design, build and operate WhatsApp chatbots and automations for businesses, using the official WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. The scope, price and schedule of each project are agreed with the business in writing before work begins.
Your WhatsApp account
- Your business connects and owns its WhatsApp Business account and phone number. You can disconnect our access at any time.
- You agree to follow the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Commerce Policy.
- You are responsible for getting your customers' opt-in before sending them business-initiated messages, and for the content of the messages your bot sends.
- WhatsApp conversation charges are set and billed by Meta according to its pricing.
Acceptable use
You may not use a bot we build to send spam, to mislead people, to collect sensitive data without a lawful basis, or for any activity that breaks the law or Meta's policies. We may suspend a service that is used this way.
Fees
Fees are set in the project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, monthly operation fees are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your content, customer data and brand. We keep ownership of our general code, tools and know-how, and grant you a licence to use what we build for your business for as long as the service is active, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep each bot running reliably, but the service depends on third parties, including Meta and hosting providers, and may sometimes be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Ending the service
Either side may end the service under the terms of the project agreement. When the service ends, we disconnect from your WhatsApp account and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
