Data deletion instructions

Effective date: October 28, 2026

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This applies to data from enquiries you sent us, from connecting your business's WhatsApp account, and from conversations with a WhatsApp bot we operate.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to elad@eladrahat.me with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the WhatsApp phone number or email address the data is linked to, and, if you know it, the name of the business whose bot you chatted with.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from that phone number or email address, so we delete only your own data.

What happens next

We delete your data from our systems within 30 days and send you a confirmation. If the law requires us to keep some records, such as invoices, we tell you which ones and keep them only for the required period.

Businesses that disconnect

If your business removes our access to its WhatsApp Business account, we stop processing its data immediately and delete it within 30 days, unless you ask us to export it first.
